Jack Maddux wonders if the people of the 4th District are respected by their representative in Congress. U.S. Rep. Scott DesJarlais was a no-show during a Southern Standard/ WCPI political forum and Maddux said that’s been his protocol this entire election cycle. “He wouldn’t debate me and he has not campaigned at all,” said Maddux.
