Isha takes the cake

Photo provided A bird’s eye view of a massive Tennessee-shaped Christmas cake baked at Isha. From Memphis to the Tri-city area of East Tennessee, it weighed in at over half a ton and was 35 ft. by 9 ft.
Local residents got a real treat last weekend in the form of a giant cake in the shape of Tennessee. Isha Institute of Inner Sciences located on Harrison Ferry Mountain baked the 1,200 pound Christmas cake to celebrate its friends and neighbors in McMinnville and the local area.
