The county is getting closer to locking in video arraignment for jail inmates.More than a decade ago, Warren County purchased closed-circuit video equipment. The system would allow inmates to make court appearances via video camera while remaining in jail. The effort failed when inmates learned they had the right to be transported to the courthouse.
