A man has been sentenced for threatening his mother’s life after she refused to give him money to leave town.The man, Jeffery Bradley Green, 39, had the felony charge of aggravated domestic assault reduced to aggravated criminal trespass. He was placed on probation for an 11-month, 29-day period and must undergo the batterer program. He is also to stay away from the victim.
