With 41 contestants all vying for the title of Fairest of the Fair, it was Gracie Nicole Brock who walked away with the crown Monday night. Brock’s asymmetrical white dress with feather accents caught the eye of judges while her answer during the question-and-answer segment of the pageant was found to be passionate and sincere.
