Spooky season has arrived. In McMinnville, that means it's time for Warren County Historian Jimmy Haley to lead the Haunted Ghost Walk. This year's walking ghost tour will be held in conjunction with Main Street McMinnville's (MSM) Second Saturday this weekend, Oct. 12, beginning at 5 p.m.

"It takes about an hour to an hour and a half, and there are a few stories I'll tell about the library, the hospital, the Park Theater and other places on Main Street as well as famous figures from the past such as Charles Faulkner Bryan. But I never know really what I'll do, so every tour could be a little different. Somebody could ask a question, and I may go off on another story," Haley said.

All are welcome to attend but spots are limited. Those taking part in the tour are asked for a $5 donation in support of MSM's grant programs and to meet in the First United Methodist Church parking low downtown.

For more information and to purchase tickets, visit mainstreetmcminnville.org and click on the Haunted Ghost Walk graphic. As part of Second Saturday, Main Street businesses will be open late and live entertainment will be offered.
