He also pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was assessed a $150 fine. He also pleaded guilty to possession of a schedule VI drug and was assessed a $250 fine.
Brittany Mingle pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, complete the alcohol safety education class, victim impact panel, 24 hours of community service, loss of driving privileges for one year and pay court costs. She also pleaded guilty to failure to exercise due care and was assessed a $10 fine.
Patrick Evan Moran had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with DUI first offense.
Jose Sandoval pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 100 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license second offense and was sentenced to 20 days in jail. These sentences run consecutively.
William Taylor Simonton pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs.
Casey Dewayne Smartt pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs.
Sain Allen Smith was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear, plus court costs.
Christopher K. Stanton pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

Zebadia Ross Allen Koegler pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed a $200 fine, plus court costs.
A failure to appear was issued against April Nicole Kranz and a bond was set at $4,000. She is charged with driving on a revoked license due to a DUI and failure to obey traffic control devices.
