Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Quinton Adcock was ordered to serve 35 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and shoplifting. He was told to stay out of Walmart.

Jonathon W. Davis was ordered to serve 45 days for assault.

Rickey Christopher Fox was ordered to serve 30 days and had his probation revoked for violation of probation, public intoxication and resisting stop, arrest, search.

Jeremy K. Johnson was ordered to serve 15 days for failure to appear and violation of probation.

Kimberly Miller was ordered to serve 40 days for resisting stop, arrest, search, violation of probation and failure to appear.

Travis Earl Myers was ordered to serve 10 days for public intoxication.

Tara Daniel Smith was ordered to serve 15 days for criminal trespass.

Zachary T. Ward was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault. He was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation and alcohol and drug assessment.

Thomas Joseph Tackett was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth, and fourth-offense driving on a revoked license. He was given the option of reporting to jail or the Tony Rice Center.

Bobby Jace Thomas was released on time served of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and vandalism. He must pay $600 restitution to Scottish Inn and was ordered to stay out of Scottish Inn.
