Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Mikaella M. Garcia was ordered to serve 30 days for shoplifting, violation of probation and failure to appear. She was ordered to stay out of Dollar General and lost her judicial diversion.

Gina Redmon was released on time served of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and ordered to have no contact with the victim for domestic assault.

Matthew Dylan Hillis was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and have no contact with the victim for domestic assault.

Jesse Adam King was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

William Markale Conaway was released on time served of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession and domestic assault. He must attend the batterer’s program.

Thomas Cope was ordered to serve 48 hours for violation of conditional release.

Vickie D. Dixon was ordered to serve 90 days for attempt to violate the sexual offender registry.

Javier Garcia Jr. was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Zachary Tyler King was released on time served and given 11-29 probation for domestic assault.

James Riley Priest was ordered to serve 30 days of a six-month sentence for contributing to the delinquency of a child.

Ryan Lee Walden was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Jason D. West was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Teri Beth Coppinger (60 days), Kenneth Shane Barr (45 days), Julian Martinez (revoked to serve), and Roy Wilber (60 days).
