Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

George Andrew Pisani was ordered to serve 48 hours and was banned from Walmart for criminal trespassing.

Jason Edward George was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for unauthorized use of another person’s vehicle and resisting arrest.

Farrah Danielle Roggenbuck was ordered to serve 20 days for disorderly conduct and criminal impersonation.

Timothy D. Saylors was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Gregory Ross Smartt was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for violating an order of protection.

Mary Tanner was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI. She must pay a $350 fine, attend DUI class, and have her driver license revoked for one year.

Kristal Kay McCormick was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Cathie Eve McMahan was ordered to serve 15 days for criminal impersonation.

Gregory Elliott was ordered to serve 10 days for violating conditional release.

Jerry L. Tate was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for violating an order of protection.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Jennifer Acosta (60 days, but jail time can be furloughed), Heather Bilyeu (60 days), Rebecca D. King (30 days), Christopher Doyle Leverett (five days) and Allen Newell Purcell (30 days).
