Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday morning in General Sessions Court.

Courtney Danielle Bowdoin was ordered to serve 20 days for failure to appear and failure of a drug test.

Jacques Elam was ordered to serve 30 days for resisting arrest.

Christopher Doyle Leverett was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault. He must stay away from the victim and have a mental evaluation.

Bennie Simmons was ordered to serve 60 days for resisting arrest and possession of meth. He was also fined $750.

Tyler D. Stembridge was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting and assault. He was ordered to stay out of Walmart.

Brandon Stilwell was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft and vandalism. He was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased from his record if he gets in no further trouble.

Jerry L. Tate was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Elizabeth Keher was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Misty T. Layhew (120 days), Heather Renee Young (6 months) and Rickey Fox (30 days).
