An arraignment docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court.

Included in Tuesday’s court action:

• Kade Campbell was ordered to have no contact with the victim for violation of order of protection. His court date is set for March.

• Angelia Carroll was ordered to serve 48 hours for public intoxication.

• Alysia Grove was fined $200 for meth, and her court date is set for February.

• Nick Morton was fined $50 for public intoxication.

• Jamie Orrand was ordered to serve 48 hours for public intoxication.

• Edgar Edvardo Castanon was ordered to serve 48 hours for driving while license was suspended. He was also fined $10 for light law, financial responsibility law, and improper use of vehicle registration, totaling $30. Castanon was ordered to serve an additional 10 days for failure to appear.

• William Forth was ordered to serve 48 hours and fined $50 for public intoxication.

• Penny M. Pinegar was ordered to serve 90 days for probation violation. She was ordered to serve an additional 10 days for failure to appear.

• Traffic arraignment and trial dockets were also heard Thursday in General Sessions Court.

Included in Thursday’s court action:

• Scarlett D. Lawrence was given a 6 month probation sentence and fined $150 for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities. She was also ordered to serve 60 days to run consecutively for probation violation.

• Jeremiah Thomas McCormick was ordered to serve 30 days for probation violation.

• Rocio Elena Lopez Chavez was fined $10 for driving without a license.

• Jonathan Dallas Devaney was fined $50 for reckless driving.

• Dean A Ferrera was fined $1,000 for simple possession or casual exchange. Ferrera’s case is to be reviewed in February.

• Erika Alvarez Sanchez was fined $50 for driving without license.

• Bilal Iman Talal was fined $10 for rules and regulations for directing semis to specific lanes on certain roadways.

• Mark Turner was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11 month, 29 day probation sentence and fined $350 for a first offense of driving under the influence. He was also ordered to undergo 24 hours of community service work, complete a victim impact panel, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, and have is license revoked for 1 year.

• Michael Ruelas was ordered to serve 48 hours for public intoxication.
