A criminal arraignment and trial docket were heard Tuesday by Judge Ryan J. Moore.

Included in Tuesday’s court action:

• Bridget F. Atterson was ordered to serve 10 days and fined $50 for criminal trespassing. She was ordered to stay off the property.

• Joel Keener was fined $50 and was ordered to forfeit his small buck head for illegal taking, possession, or destruction of wildlife.

• Justin Robert Treadway was fined $100 for illegal taking, possession, or destruction of wildlife and fined $50 for failure to wear daylight florescent orange while big game hunting.

• Trevor Walker was fined $50 for illegal taking, possession, or destruction of wildlife.

• Shane Devin Anderson was given an 11 month, 29 day probation sentence for domestic assault. He was also ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, attend anger management, and have no contact with the victim.

• Robert Broadway was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 probation sentence and was fined $350 for domestic assault. He was also ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, attend anger management, and have no contact with the victim. Broadway was given an additional 10 days for resisting a stop, arrest, or search with no weapon. These are to run consecutively.

• Keyonna Lashea Bryan was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 probation sentence and to pay $29.60 to Dollar General for theft of merchandise. She ordered to stay out of Dollar General. Bryan was ordered to serve 48 hours of a 6 month probation sentence and fined $50 for driving while license was revoked, and she was ordered to serve 10 days of a 6 month probation sentence and fined $50 for driving while license was revoked due to a conviction of driving under the influence. Bryan was ordered to serve 75 days for probation violation and an additional 10 days for failure to appear. All sentences are to run consecutively.

• Thurman William Crisp was given a 6 month probation sentence to run consecutively for indecent exposure.

• Lorenzo Hernandez Espinoza was given a 6 month probation sentence and fined $200 for possession or distribution of alcohol by a person under 21. He was also ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment.

• Russell Alan King was given two 60 day sentences of 11-29 probation sentences for two counts of violation of order of protection or restraining order. These are to run concurrently.

• Kenneth Matthew Knight was ordered to serve 48 hours and pay $41.35 to Dollar General for theft of merchandise. He was also ordered to stay out of Dollar General.

• Andrew Lewis was given a 3 month probation extension for probation violation.

• Brandon E. Redmon was ordered to serve 30 days for probation violation.

• Seth William Roach was ordered to serve 90 days for vandalism up to $1,000.

• Henry McKinley Sanders was ordered to serve 90 days for probation violation.

• Donald Stotts was given two 11-29 probation sentences to run concurrently for two counts of violation of protective order. He was also ordered to undergo anger management and an alcohol and drug assessment.

• Marilyn Elaine Strayn was given a 6 month house arrest sentence and ordered to pay $5.49 to Dollar General for theft of merchandise. She was ordered to stay out of Dollar General. Strayn was given another 6 month house arrest sentence and fined $750 for possession or casual exchange of meth. She was given an additional 30 days of house arrest for criminal trespass. All sentences are to run concurrently.

• Jacqueline J. Underhill was given an 11-29 probation sentence for domestic assault and was orderd to have no contact with the victim.

• Melissa Fayes Yates was ordered to serve 30 days and was given a 6 month probation extension for probation violation.
