Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Bryan C. Dunn was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for shoplifting and resisting arrest.

Tyler Mitchell Barnes was ordered to serve 120 day for facilitating escape. He was also ordered to serve the balance of a previous sentence for violation of probation.

Jerald Randall Jones had his probation revoked and was ordered to serve his sentence plus 10 additional days for second-offense driving on a suspended license, criminal impersonation, failure to appear and violation of probation. He can be furloughed to drug court.

Kenneth Albert Marx Jr. was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence for vandalism, domestic assault and violation of probation. He must complete batterer’s intervention and have no contact with the victim.

Charles Pettifurd was ordered to serve 60 days for possession of meth, possession of schedule VI, and theft.

Jose A. Bocanegr Vega was ordered to serve 30 days for domestic assault and vandalism.

Christopher R. Woodard was ordered to serve 45 days for violating an order of protection.

April Brown was released on time served for theft and possession of schedule VI drug.

David Lee Caswell Jr. was ordered to serve 30 days for joyriding.

Joshua Graham was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for misdemeanor escape.

Keely Newby was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for assault.

Lisa Michelle Rhody was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and pay a $750 fine.

Angela Lynn Shelton was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and pay a $750 fine.

Christopher Allen Wallace was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were David Lee Caswell Jr. (60 days), Charles Leonard Dennis (30 days), Rickey Fox (45 days), Travis Ray Stoner (90 days), Kayla Bree Hickey (revoked to serve, but can be furloughed to Love Lady), Scarlett D. Lawrence (60 days), and Stanley Morris (45 days).
