Christy Lynn Gum was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for possession of meth and shoplifting. She can serve her 30 days in rehab. She was banned from Walmart and ordered to pay a $750 fine.
Matthew Dylan Hillis was ordered to serve 120 days for domestic assault and violation of probation.
Joel Allen Keener was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.
Brian Owen was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and vandalism. He must have a mental exam and have no contact with the victim.
Brandon E. Redmon was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession.
Lucian Torress was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.
Jason Boren was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault. He must attend the batterer intervention program.
Angelia E. Carroll was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for possession of drug paraphernalia and shoplifting. She was ordered to stay out of Dollar General.
Dalton Blaine Holton was released on time served and given 11-29 probation for joyriding. He must make $350 restitution and undergo a mental health evaluation.
Eric M. Webb was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and public intoxication.
Jonathan Ross Youngblood was released on time served for aggravating criminal trespassing and theft. He was ordered to stay out of Walmart.
Amy Barrett was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft and failure to appear. She was ordered to stay out of Walmart.
James E. Gilles was released on time served for driving on a suspended license.
Joshua Brandon Graham was released on time served for vandalism, failure to appear and violation of probation.
