General Sessions Judge Bill Locke handed down sentences this past week during trial court.Included in court action:Scott Daniel Beechum was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence for possession of drugs.Adrian Magness Womack was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of drugs. He must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.Robert F. Brown was bound to the grand jury on the charge of simple possession of drugs.William R. Draht was bound to the grand jury on the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a child.Michael Glenn Lance was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and make $318 restitution for theft.Kayla L. McCormick was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence on three counts of theft and was ordered to make restitution. She was further ordered to serve 90 days for violation of probation and will then be furloughed to drug court.Lee Ferrell was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $7 restitution to Dollar General for shoplifting.
