Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions and Traffic Court.

Brandon Steakley was ordered to serve 15 days for third-offense driving on a revoked license.

Kellie A. Hennessee was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay a $350 fine and have license revoked for one year for first-offense DUI. 

Tracy Breeding was released on time served and was ordered to stay out of Wendy’s and have a mental health evaluation for assault with bodily injury and disorderly conduct.

David Alan Griffin was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation.

Michael Jesse Dinovo was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for violation of conditional release, evading arrest and domestic assault.

Jermaine Derperise McCoy was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth, simple possession and resisting arrest.

Kevin Dale Reed was ordered to serve 120 days for violation of probation.

Lewis Swann was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and undergo a mental health evaluation for domestic assault.

Michael Warner was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence for violating an order of protection, domestic assault and burglary.
