Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Barry L. Killian Jr., was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Candy Redmon was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.Amanda Willoughby was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license. She was given an additional 60 days in jail for violation of probation.Buck Pease was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving, speeding, evading arrest and tampering with evidence.Thomas D. Neely was instructed to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose his driving privileges for one year for DUI. Juan Hernandez was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Timothy Ferrell Ingram was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class, and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Alexander P. Delane was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Marshann Hensley was placed on probation for six months and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.James D. Myers was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a revoked license, impersonating a licensed professional and fourth-offense DUI.Roberto C. Lopez, Brittany M. Reynolds, Melissa Ogden, Antonio Lujan, Joshua N. Maranta, Steven Eric Baker, Alonzo V. Salomoa and Augstin Marquez must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
