A 27-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:
Billy Brinkley waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound to the grand jury on the charge of sexual exploitation of a minor. He is charged with having child pornography on his cellphone that was discovered on his phone while on the job at Yorozu.
Christopher Bowden was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for delivery of meth.
Larry R. Jones was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and was warned to have no contact with the victim for domestic assault. A diversion means he can have his criminal record erased once his probation is over.
Charles O. Lusk was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must attend anger management for assault.
Charles L. Lance was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs and perform 32 hours public service work for possession of hydrocodone.
Marie Narramore was ordered to serve 15 days and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.
Colton G. Young was bound to the grand jury on the charge of grand theft.
Phillip Taylor was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated assault and hindering a 911 call.
Macy L. Broom was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence for evading arrest.
Freddy Roark was bound to the grand jury on the charge of harassment.
Sherry Rankhorn must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
Richard Almaguer was ordered to serve 15 days for violation of probation.
Joan Hendrix had her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Mack Z. Thomas was ordered to serve 40 days and must get a mental evaluation for violation of probation.
Chris Scott must serve the balance of his probation in jail plus 10 days for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
