Sentences were handed down Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:Steven Halcomb was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must undergo the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.John Edward Carter was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and must undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.Kevin Lane Farrar was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated domestic assault. He must serve 10 days for failure to appear.Chris Marsella was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and attend the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.Cody Dale Cagle was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Adam Wirgau was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated robbery, theft, resisting arrest, and evading arrest.
