Sentences were handed down Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in criminal court action:William Gauge Rambo was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence to serve and must pay $1,532 for possession of meth. He was also found in violation of his probation.Lucas Cole Campbell was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $2,436 and enter the adult recovery program for possession of methamphetamine and violation of probation.Jose A. Mata was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $369 and undergo anger management for domestic assault.Michael Raymond Jones was directed to serve 32 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $2,647 and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and simple possession of drugs.Shannon Nichole Evans was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $558 and lose driving privileges for one year for theft and driving on a revoked license.Logan Kane Fuqua was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, must pay $1,369 and enter the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.Christopher L. McKinney was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $369 for domestic assault.Jeffery Lynn Murphy was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.Jenny Lynn Hobbs was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $571 and undergo anger management for domestic assault.
