A 31-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.Included in the afternoon session:Lakwa Babb was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $1,392 for simple possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Thomas Sims was instructed to serve 60 days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.Willis Brown was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $1,542 for possession of meth and a legend drug.Christopher Sloan was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $1,642 for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation.Jack Chisam was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $369 and undergo the batterer intervention program for domestic assault and resisting arrest.Kenneth L. Tucker was bound to the grand jury for violating the sex offender registry law.Dortha L. Elkins was bound to the grand jury on the charge of shoplifting.Charles R.
