Sentences were handed down Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:Kevin Armstreet Jr. was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.Joseph Huff Ray was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for resisting arrest.Andrew Lee Fults was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and forfeit his weapon for simple possession of drugs.Billy Ray Wood Jr. was bound to the grand jury on charges of burglary, theft, evading arrest, reckless endangerment and criminal trespass.Reva May Russell was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs and forfeit her brass knuckles for possession of a prohibited weapon, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.Jesus Morales Ontiveros was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs and make restitution for theft and aggravated criminal trespass.Ashley Renee Muncey was bound to the grand jury on the charge of grand theft.Nicole Dyan Muncey was bound to the grand jury on the charge of criminal trespass.Michael A. King must pay $10 plus costs for criminal trespass.Ricky E. Morrison must pay $10 plus costs for criminal trespass.William J. King was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must make $90 restitution for theft. The diversion means he can have his record erased once his probation is over.John Anthony Lewis was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Jacob Lee Hill had his probation revoked and must serve the remainder of his time.James Randall Brewer must serve 60 days and have his probation extended by an 11-29 period for violation of probation.Richard Wayne Norrod must serve 30 days for violation of probation.Tamara Shanay Pleasant must serve 90 days and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Tamara S. Pleasant must serve 90 days and have her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Julian Tyler Worthington must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
