Three were bound to the grand jury Tuesday afternoon on narcotics charges as part of General Sessions Trial Court.Included in cases heard by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke:James Edward Boyd was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and marijuana, simple possession of drugs, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.Thomas A. Willett was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Lindsey Davis was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of meth.Bethany J. Haley must pay $50 plus costs for criminal littering.Guadalupe Louis Miller must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.Dominque D. Cox was directed to serve an 11-month, 29-day sentence for violation of probation. Aggravated assault charges were dropped.Kenneth Lee Pack Jr. was directed to serve 10 days and have probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Kenny E. Solomon must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.
