Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

In separate cases, Jacob A. Lang, Logan Blake Seamons, and Dennis J. McKinney were ordered to serve 30 days of 11-29 sentences and pay $750 fines for possession of meth.

In separate cases, Hannah Marie Winfrey and Jerry Ferrell had probation revoked for violation of probation.

Brittney D. Barnes was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for theft. She was also ordered to make restitution of $478.

Chelsey Robbins and Brandon Robbins were ordered to serve 11 days of 11-29 sentences for shoplifting. Mr. Robbins was given an additional 60 days for violation of probation.

Becky Carol Williams was given an 11-29 sentence and released on time served for domestic assault.

Marcus Lee Carroll was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for vandalism, domestic assault and failure to appear.

Samuel Franklin McBride was given 10 days for failure to appear.

Jeremiah T. McCormick was ordered to serve 120 days for violation of probation and evading arrest.

In separate cases, the following jail time was given for violation of probation: James Billy Taylor Jr. (five days), April Justin Hunt (10 days), Jessie Layne Devore (30 days), Lee R. Talbert (30 days), Ashley Rains (45 days), Amanda Nicole Bain (60 days), Shayla G. McCormick (60 days), Brian Lance (60 days), Marcus J. Peregoy (60 days), and Lucas Collins (90 days).

Christopher Lilly was allowed to enter the second chance program for domestic assault.

Pamela Atchley Rose was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and ordered to make $40 restitution for theft.

Bethany Dawn Stoner was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for assault.

Debra Fuqua was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $1,500 fine for possession of meth and oxycodone. She was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charges can be erased from her record.

Michael Shane Billings was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for criminal impersonation and drug paraphernalia.

Logan Parker Brady was given 10 days for violating an order of protection.

Natasha R. Burrus was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth.

Christie A. Guerard was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting and violation of probation. She was ordered to stay out of Walmart.

Eliezer Rostran was given 90 days for violation of probation and making 911 calls in a non-emergency situation.

Lillian Nichole Ward was given 48 hours for simple possession.
