A 53-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session:Kathy Massengail was ordered to serve 130 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for criminal impersonation, violation of probation, failure to appear in court and driving on a revoked license.Sara N. South was given a six-month sentence and released on time-served and must pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation.Marlena Snowden was directed to make $214 restitution for passing a worthless check.Misty Breedlove was given a six-month sentence and released on time-served and must pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation and failure to appear in court.Laci Roberts was directed to serve two days for failing to appear to prosecute a case.Eric Biles must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Johnny Goode must serve 90 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Cody Fults must serve 15 days for violation of probation.Melody McCormick must serve two days and have her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Allyson Murdock must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.Nayma Villarreal must serve two days for violation of probation.The remaining cases were assigned dates for later hearing.
