The following cases were heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Jennifer Acosta was given an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and $750 fine for simple possession. Sarah Dianne Bennett was given an 11-29 probationary sentence, 24 hours public service work, and ordered to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
