Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:Johnna Michael Maynard was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.Shawn Renee Gibson was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Christel Lynn Ward was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and pay $75 plus costs for shoplifting.Billy John Totherow was released on time-served on an 11-29 sentence and must pay $760 plus costs for simple possession of drugs and public intoxication.Heather Brooke Knight was released on time-served and must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Emmanuel T. Lopez must serve 70 days on house arrest for violation of probation.Mark Allen Thomas must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Heather Lynn Turner had her 11-29 sentence reinstated and lost her judicial diversion for violation of probation.
