Pre-Christmas sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:
Rickie Shawn Cummings was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $1,100 plus costs and undergo batterer intervention for stalking, domestic assault and auto burglary. He was given another 90 days in jail for violation of probation.
Nigel Lance Hopkins was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs and undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.
Kinsley Fisk was bound to the grand jury on charge of assault, resisting arrest, possession of a weapon and introduction of contraband into the county jail.
Anthony P. Grauzer was instructed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of marijuana.
Terra N. Rippe was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
Raven Nichole Botts was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.
Amanda E. Hampton was given a six-month sentence but released on time-served and must pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation.
Michael Dusty Hollis Jr., was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft and aggravated burglary.
Zachary T. Tigue was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated burglary, vandalism and theft.
Jamie Lynn McClure was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
Jacob Fisher Murphy was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 24 hours public service work, make restitution and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting. The diversion means he can have his record erased once probation is over.
Brandi L. Myers was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must make $465 restitution for shoplifting.
Randi Lachelle Radekin was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.
Laura Kay Blake was given an 11-29 judicial diversion and must make $680 restitution for theft.
Michael Malone was released on time-served and must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
Allen Hale must serve 20 days for violation of probation.
Tamara Shanay Pleasant must serve 90 days and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
Edtavis Smith must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation. He was given an 11-29 probationary sentence on top of that for assault.
Joshua Andrew Biles must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Bradley Ray Elrod must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation. He was also bound to the grand jury on charges of resisting stop, possession of meth and simple possession of marijuana.
Brittany Paige Holder must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
Colton Whyte Hollis must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation. He must also serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. He was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft and aggravated burglary.
Cheyanna Janow must serve 30 days for violation of probation.
Jessica E. Martinez was ordered to serve six months for violation of probation. She was also fined $50 plus costs and must lose her driver license for a year for public intoxication and driving on a revoked license.
Dillon Ray Mullican must serve six months for violation of probation.
Kimberly Dawn Rogers must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
