A 27-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:
Queen McElrath waived her right to preliminary hearing and was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated robbery. She is charged with trying to rob Waffle House while disguised as a man.
Courtney Blevins was ordered to serve 30 days of a six-month sentence for resisting arrest.
Andrew Grissom was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,170 and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and possession of drugs.
Wyatt Ferrell was instructed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence and undergo mental health counseling for domestic assault.
Travis Grayson was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo anger management for domestic assault.
Josh Dishman was issued a six-month sentence and must make $70 restitution for illegal use of a debit card and theft. He must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation but that sentence will run concurrently, or at the same time, as his theft sentence.
Mickey Elkins was bound to the grand jury after a preliminary hearing on the charge of domestic assault.
Lucretia Martin was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for passing four worthless checks.
Nicole Muncey was bound to the grand jury on one count of criminal trespass and three counts of shoplifting.
Angela Rhea was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and has been banned from Walmart for shoplifting.
Tracy Tate was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and was ordered to pay $420 and to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
Lindsey Sughrue was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $992 for possession of marijuana. The diversion means the defendant’s criminal record will be erased once probation is completed.
Stacey Walker was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for shoplifting and criminal impersonation. Probation was also violated in the case.
Dakota Davenport must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.
