Sentences were handed down Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:
Jaileen M. Herrera and Marquis X. Jones both waived their rights to preliminary hearing and were bound to the grand jury on multiple counts of criminal simulation.
Tyler Craig Boardman was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo a mental health exam and attend batterer intervention classes for domestic assault and violation of a protective order.
Donald C. Turner was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, driving on a suspended license, driving in possession of meth, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas Allen Willett was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft, theft, burglary and aggravated criminal trespass.
Shelby Woods was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
Christopher Tyler Young was bound to the grand jury on the charge of resisting arrest.
Ashley Marie Brooks was bound to the grand jury for possession of meth.
Robert N. Ghrist was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $1,200 restitution for theft and aggravated criminal trespass.
Brian Lance was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
Darin James Perkins was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of meth.
Amy Foutch was directed to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation and violation of the compulsory school attendance law.
Megan Kelby Rife was instructed to serve 48 hours and must serve the balance of her former sentence for violation of probation and public intoxication.
James B. Smith was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must undergo a mental health evaluation for harassment.
Robert E. Freeman Jr. was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $100 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.
Jack D. Howard must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
Treva Gail Martin must serve 90 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
