Tennessee implemented a new TennCare program on Aug. 7, making it the first state to offer Medicaid members free diapers for children. The new program offers parents up to 100 free diapers per month to each child in their care which meets the program’s requirements. The new program applies to parents who are members of TennCare or CoverKids and who have children under 2 years of age.
