An accidental shooting claimed the life of a local man on Monday when Max Howell Foster succumbed to his injuries at a Chattanooga hospital. Foster, 60, had been hospitalized since Saturday night from a single gunshot wound that occurred at Cleveland Country Club in Bradley County. According to reports, Mr. Foster had attended a wedding in the Cleveland area on Saturday afternoon and then went to the reception that followed at Cleveland Country Club.
