A special “Focus” discussion on WCPI 91.3 FM will offer information on the $5.5 million Governor’s Drive to 55 Capacity Grant for creating an advanced robotics training program on the campus of Motlow State Community College in McMinnville. Interview guests will be three of the industrial and education leaders who had primary responsibility for designing, writing and promoting the grant application: Don Alexander, director of the McMinnville-Warren County Industrial Development Board; Todd Herzog, chair of the Business Roundtable Action Committee and prime mover behind Warren County’s Mechatronics training; and Dr. Anthony Kinkel, president of Motlow State Community College. The half-hour session will air at the usual “Focus” times—Tuesday, 5 p.m.; Wednesday, 5:05 a.m.; Thursday, 1 p.m.; and Friday, 1:05 a.m.
