Warren County local Courtney Blevins and his twin daughters were involved in a serious wreck Saturday afternoon. Trooper Joshua Sparkman was one of the responders to the scene. Trooper Sparkman says Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) assistance was requested by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department regarding a wreck that occurred on State Route 108.
