The Bates Hill CP Church at 6111 Old Nashville Highway will have a fall festival this Saturday, Oct. 19. Games start at 4 p.m. and a soup and chili supper will begin serving at 5 p.m.  

There will be a silent auction and bake sale. 

“There are plenty of games for the kids and we’ll have a cakewalk,” said Susie Davenport one of the organizers. “We’ve done this for years. It’s good, family fun. We’ll also have a photographer available to make family pictures.”
