Explosive phone call played in Fults case

Timothy Joe Fults had a preliminary hearing in General Sessions Court on Tuesday. He is charged with aggravated domestic assault and nine counts of violation of bond conditions. He was also found to be in contempt for violating a no-contact order.
A man who is accused of slapping and choking a woman had his preliminary hearing on Tuesday where a lengthy recorded phone call from the jail was played. His case was bound over to the grand jury.
