The good news is gasoline prices have dropped in all 50 states over the last month, according to GasBuddy, a petroleum monitoring service. The bad news is GasBuddy predicts the highest gasoline prices in four years will be waiting for us under the tree this Christmas day. GasBuddy projects the national average for gasoline prices will be $2.39 per gallon this Christmas.
