Nothing is sweeter than a newborn baby.McMinnville Evening Exchange Club is helping ensure new parents have what they need to keep their precious cargo safe while traveling.“We’re donating five car seats to Saint Thomas River Park Hospital today,” said Evening Exchange president Neva England on Wednesday. “This year, we’ve donated 14 altogether. The hospital can distribute them as they are needed.”The donation was made to Birthing Unit RN Kristina Smith, who said the situation isn’t that parents didn’t buy a car seat in preparation for their child’s arrival.
