A random drug sweep Monday afternoon at Warren County High School has led to citations against a teacher and three students.According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, four citations were written Monday for drug paraphernalia inside vehicles in the WCHS parking lot. One citation was issued to teacher Tommy Davis. The other three were issued to students who have not been identified.“Teacher Tommy Davis had rolling papers and hemostats,” said Sheriff Jackie Matheny.
