Local and state officials joined together Monday morning to celebrate the reopening of a facility that was closed four months ago by the state.McMinnville’s Driver Testing Center reopened Monday and has resumed regular business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. By mid-morning Monday, the lobby was packed and customers were waiting in line.State officials spent last week returning all the equipment which had been removed when the facility closed May 31. All that had been left was the counter.
