The Driver Testing Center isn’t any closer to relocating into McMinnville City Hall and the price just keeps rising.According to city Finance Committee chair Everett Brock, AEI Architects, Engineers and Planners president Peter Metts was in attendance during a walk-through of the City Hall basement on Tuesday. Metts is adamant the cost would be around $72 a square foot based on his experience in renovation.“At $72 a square foot, the cost would be north of $300,000. I think he said $340,000,” said Brock.
