A teen reportedly caught in a stolen car with drugs and counterfeit money in his pocket has been bound to the grand jury.The teen, Jessie Layne Devore, 18, has been bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, criminal simulation, and possession of drug paraphernalia.His charges come after police came to Dollar General on Sparta Street to answer a report of a stolen car there. When police arrived, they detained Devore. It was during a search of his person the charges started to climb.“He was patted down and was found to be in possession of a glass pipe used to smoke illegal drugs, plastic tubing that had black burn marks, and six small plastic bags that contained crystal methamphetamine,” said McMinnville police officer Brad Hall, noting a $100 bill was found in his wallet.
