A man was coaxed from a bridge at Depot Bottom this past weekend, police pulling the suicidal man from the ledge after extended negotiations. McMinnville Police Lt. Ben Cantrell reported that he came upon a Kia Optima on the bridge in Depot Bottom during patrol late Friday evening. Believing it was a broken down vehicle, he got out to investigate and encountered a man standing on the bridge.
