A female burglar who was discovered thanks to a stolen iPhone will serve eight years in prison and be liable for paying thousands in restitution.The woman, Toni Jo Cunningham, 40, entered a guilty plea before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to the charge of grand theft. She was sentenced to serve eight years in the state penitentiary and make restitution in the amount of $6,263. The restitution is for stolen items that were not covered by insurance or recovered by lawmen.Her prison sentence comes for a burglary late last year of a residence on Francis Ferry Road.
