Warren County government is considering a measure to hire an architect to inspect its buildings for ADA compliance. According to County Executive Herschel Wells, the county has until December 2019 to bring all its buildings into ADA compliance or risk losing its gasoline tax. “The Americans with Disabilities Act has been tied to TDOT,” said Wells.
