Warren County government is upping its Americans with Disabilities Act compliance with the proposed establishment of two committees.The ADA Advisory Committee will have members Michael Griffith, chairman, Don Collette, Gary Judkins, Percy Phifer, and Bob Ritchey.The ADA Grievance Committee will have members Bill Zechman, chair, Nolan Ming, Richard Myers, Neil Walker, and Diane Wisniewski. Warren County Executive Herschel Wells will serve as ADA coordinator. A measure is making its way through county committees on its way to the full Warren County Commission is a resolution “to reaffirm compliance with public law 101-336 regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and to appoint members to associated positions.”
