SUNDAY, NOV. 11
The B&B Bird Watcher’s Club will meet at Farmers Market at 8:30 a.m. to go to Audubon Acres in Chattanooga to view the Brown Headed Nuthatch. The club meets the fourth Tuesday of every month.

FRIDAY, NOV. 16
There will be a Veterans Appreciation Breakfast and Program at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. with the program beginning at 10 a.m. The funeral home is working with the American Legion Post 173 and VFW Post 5064 in presenting the program.

SATURDAY, NOV. 17
There will be a chili supper from 4 to 7 p.m. at Warren Masonic Lodge across from the fire hall. The cost is $7 per plate. Everyone is welcome.
Cedar Grove Fire Department is having a supper at 4 p.m. and an auction at 6 p.m. The menu will be turkey, dressing and all the trimmings.

First Presbyterian Church, 205 West Main Street, will be serving a free, traditional meal on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Please call 473-2690 to reserve your meal before Monday, Nov. 19. Your phone call is needed so the church is able to purchase and prepare enough food.

Warren County offices and McMinnville City Hall offices will be closed Monday, Nov. 12 in observance of Veterans Day. The county’s convenience centers will also be closed on Monday. The city’s garbage pickup service will not run Monday and those routes will run along with Tuesday’s routes.
