Warren County Democratic Party is having a grand opening at 4 p.m. at 268 Northgate Plaza. Everyone is invited to meet the candidates.

State Sen. Janice Bowling will visit Warren County for her next in a series of town hall meetings. The meeting will held at 1 p.m. in the Magnolia Room of the Warren County Administrative Offices, 201 Locust Street, McMinnville. The public is encouraged to attend.
SATURDAY, SEPT. 1
Riverside School Reunion is meeting for lunch at noon at Gondola Restaurant. All former students and teachers of the school are invited to attend.

The Lucky CIC will be meeting Monday, Sept. 3 at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
There will be a fishing tournament for Project Graduation on Monday, Sept. 3 at Cotten’s Marina, 1967 Rock Island Rd. from 6 a.m. until noon. The Warren County Retired Teachers Association will have a meeting Thursday, Sept. 6 at 10 a.m. at the Magnolia Room at Warren County Administrative Offices. Special speaker Kelly Clarkson from the Upper Cumberland SHIPPS program will be discussing Medicare enrollment and updates. Refreshments will be served and all retired teachers are invited.
The Griffith Reunion will take place at Morrison Ruritan on the Sunday after Labor Day on Sept. 9 after church. Bring food, dessert and your family.

Free developmental screening is taking place at Bobby Ray Elementary for children from birth to four years of age by a team of child development professionals.
