A local couple could see their dream of offering an in-home daycare slip away after purchasing a city property not zoned for business. Members of the McMinnville Planning Commission met Tuesday to consider a request by Tristan and Justin Adcock to rezone their property on Oak Hill Drive from R-1 low density residential district to R-2 medium residential district. The change would allow a special exception to offer an in-home daycare.
